Decodes
Cell B injects the bare direction at the AV's vector slot (it never saw isolated directions in training — off-manifold by construction). Cell C steers real document forwards upstream at layers.40 and decodes what arrives at L41, next to the unsteered decode of the same position and the behavioral completion at the same scale.
